Was in town for a week, great place to stay. Close to a lot of food, A/C works great, breakfast included
This hotel is an extended stay facility. I stay here for work, sometimes up to 5 weeks at a time. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. The gym is super clean and has newer, well maintained equipment. Laundry facilities are adequate, but small. I have only stayed in the studio rooms and they are adequate, clean, a nice bathroom, and good cabinet/counter/desk space, but the two burner stovetop limits what you can cook and is slow to boil water. There is a small pool that is not really good for swimming and much to my dismay, no Jacuzzi! Parking is close in and convenient. Good location central location.
I’ve been staying here for over 3 months and I could not be happier with the service that I’ve received. The entire front desk staff, Melissa in particular, has been a huge help and has been super patient with me through my many room key requests and other questions throughout my stay. Also the hospitality and warm welcome that Lisa provide each and every time that we come and go, is incredibly heartwarming and makes us feel at home. I’ve stayed at many hotels throughout my career, and have not met a staff as professional, accommodating and overall welcoming as this place. I’d highly recommend this establishment to anyone looking for a quality hotel. …feels like home
My husband was at this hotel for an extended stay and we were able to visit there to see him. Good quality for the price and the staff went out of there way to be helpful.
We couldn’t be happier! Our daughter and her kids come from San Diego, we come from Tucson, and we meet in the middle at your suites in Yuma! We always stay Friday-Sunday, and get the two bedroom suite with kitchen. It works out perfectly when we need a quick grandbaby fix! Always very clean and the staff has always been very friendly and welcoming. As long as that part of our family is stationed in SD, we’ll meet here!
Great experience so far, very accommodating. Got me into a suite last minute. When I needed to extend my stay, they went out of their way to make it happen. Service was great, deep cleaned my room every two days or on request. Location is close to many stores and restaurants. It was a little too hot to use the pool area during my stay. Breakfast could use a little more variety on a daily basis, and maybe higher quality food, but it's not bad. I'd rather just walk across the street to the diner. Laundry costs 3 dollars for wash and dry. The gym has the minimum amount of equipment to get a workout.
Amazing hotel !! The rooms were clean, spacious, and just what we needed! Normally in hotels I don’t feel clean or fresh, but here I was so comfortable and felt great! The breakfast was amazing, and had alot of options, the nice lady who was in charge of breakfast was so kind and helped us out with my toddler being fussy! We will definitely stay here again.
Great location and the suites are fully stocked. Second time here and dog friendly and nice places to walk.
